FRP加固梁抗弯计算和试验分析

摘    要:对二次受力FRP加固梁的试验数据进行收集,发现考虑滞后应变与否对计算结构影响很小,但是这和有的试验值不太吻合。FRP强度折系数在粘贴层数越多时,该系数就越小,三层时约为0.524,建议粘贴层数不要超过三层。加固设计是应保证当Afe≥Af,min,此时发生混凝土压碎破坏,规范公式计算偏于安全。

Abstract:By the analysis on the flexural experimental data collected from strengthening RC beams under quadratic loading , it is demonstrated that the lagged strain has little affected the results calculating from existing formula, but it does not agree well with some experimental results. When the layers increase more, the strength reduction factor of FRP becomes less. So the layers should not surpass three as the strength reduction factor is 0. 524 at three layers. In the reinforcing design, the formula of code is safe when the effective sectional areas Afe≥ Af.min and corresponding failure mode is that cover concrete is crushed.
