摘    要:针对激光全息防伪标识的重要光学特性参数中衍射效率和信噪比的测试要求,提出了一种简便、可靠的自动测量方法.通过采用步进电机驱动的丝杠传动带动样品进行一维位移扫描,大光敏面的光电探测器将光强转化为电压信号,计算机采集并获得扫描时的光强分布曲线,通过对该曲线计算分析可得到标识的衍射效率及信嗓比.

Abstract:A simple and credible method was proposed to measure the diffraction efficiency and SNR of laser holographic labels for anti-counterfeit automatically. The stepper motor drives the lead screw for scanning the label of one dimension, while the photoreceiver with wide photosensitive area transforms optical intensity signals into voltage signals. The diffraction efficiency and SNR of the label can be obtained by analyzing and computing the curve of the optical intensity via the computer.
