氧含量对钽电解电容器阳极氧化膜形成及漏电流的影响

摘    要:针对阳极氧化膜在钽电解电容器中所起的重要作用,对比分析了钽阳极块中氧含量对其形成及电性能的影响,并简述了有关影响机理。结果表明:钽阳极块中的氧含量主要由原料钽粉中的杂质氧含量所决定,且与阳极块的压制、烧结及赋能条件等相关;杂质氧对阳极氧化膜形成不利,是造成电容器漏电流增大的主要因素之一。

Abstract:In view of the importance of anode oxide film in Ta electrolytic capacitor,comparative analysis is made of the influence of oxygen content in Ta anode sheet. Related influence mechanism is described. Resuits show that the oxygen content is dependant on the impurity oxygen content of the in Ta powder and is related to the anode sheet compaction, sintering and property. Impurity oxygen is unfavorable for the formation of anode oxide film and is one of the main factors for higher leakage current of the capacitor.
