| 摘 要： | 本文在分析贝叶斯判别法的概念和作用的基础上,提出了将这一定量分析方法用于房地产估价的必要性,探讨了房地产估价的贝叶斯判别法的基础原理和操作步骤,并以武汉市某宗房地产价格评估为例进行了实际应用.
