| 摘 要： | 自舒尔茨和贝克尔建立人力资本理论以来,大多从宏观的角度来研究人力资本投资,对于企业、个人等微观主体的人力资本投资却只是偶有涉及.从个人作为人力资本投资主体的角度出发,考虑其进行人力资本投资时的决策依据,并进一步建立成本收益优化模型,从而得出在整个收益周期上的最优人力资本投资比例,以及在不同阶段的投资策略. |
