LabWindows/CVI在炉温监测系统中的应用

摘    要:介绍了以虚拟仪器为核心的多通道、高精度的炉温监测系统设计,完成了数据的实时采集,信号分析处理和输出信号显示功能,有效实现了虚拟仪器、数据采集和温度测量技术的结合。温度信号经温度传感器k型热电偶采集后。由AD590提供冷端补偿,通过DRVI经过放大和A/D转换送至PC机处理,并利用LabWindows/CVI对采集数据进行处理,辅以图形显示、报警提示、数据保存、波形调用等模块的软件设计。

Abstract:A kind of system about collecting boiler temperature based on virtual instrument which has many passages and good veracity is introduced in this paper.The system provides the flexible data acquisition,signal analysis and processing,signal output and display to users.The boiler temperature signal in this system is collected by the k thermocouple at first,by cold joint compensating with AD590.The signal passes DRVI which system is used to change analog signals into digital signals, controlled by microcomputer.The acquisition,processing,display,saving,poly fit modules of data are designed in the software.
