| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于Moldflow/IMOLD技术的注塑模具设计流程。以一种手机外壳为例,利用Moldflow软件进行注塑模拟分析,获取最佳结果。借助IMOLD软件进行模具结构设计,将二者结合成一个完整的注塑模具设计系统,能极大提高塑料制品的研发效率。

| Abstract: | The design process of injection mold using Moldflow/IMOLD technology was introduced.In order to obtain the best design result a cell phone shell was taken as an example and its injection simulation analysis was conducted by Moldflow software and the injection mold structure was designed using IMOLD software.Through combining Moldflow and IMOLD,a design system was formed,which could greatly improve the design efficiency of the plastic products. |
