摘    要:芯棒是限动芯棒连轧钢管机组中最重要的热变形工具,其使用效果决定着钢管生产成本的高低.通过分析限动速度与芯棒预插入行程、芯棒规格和芯棒调头使用之间的关系,合理选用芯棒的限动速度,以保证连轧工艺的稳定可靠,生产出高精度的产品,提高芯棒的使用寿命.

Abstract:The mandrel is the most important heat-forming tool in MPM and its application effect decides the production cost of pipes. Through analyzing the relationship between retained speed of mandrel as one and mandrel pre-threading travel, mandrel size and usage of each side of the mandrel as the other, a retained speed of mandrel is properly selected to make sure of stability of MPM rolling technical process, accuracy of product dimensions and long life of the mandrel.
