TiB2-BN复相陶瓷的制备工艺及性能研究

摘    要:采用等离子放电热压烧结方法研究了TiB2-BN复合材料的制备条件和烧结工艺,获得了综合性能良好的TiB2-BN复合材料。研究表明,混料方式的选择对最终获得性能良好的TiB2-BN复合材料有很大影响,且TiB2含量(体积分数)为50%左右时可获得较好的材料性能。在烧结过程中,随着保温时间的延长,TiB2-BN复合材料的相对密度有较大提高,电阻率和抗弯强度则出现极值。

Abstract:Preparation condition and sintering technologies of TiB 2-BN ceramic composite were investigated by means of the hot pressing sintering method, and TiB 2-BN ceramic composite of compositively excellent properties was obtained. The experimental results show that choice of mixing methods has greatly effect on finally obtained TiB 2-BN ceramic of excellent properties. It is the best compose when TiB 2 content is 50% in material. And with heat preservation time prolongs, relative density of TiB 2-BN ceramic composite have biggish enhanced, resistance conductivity and curve strength show extrema.
