深海采矿矿石输送软管有限元动力分析

摘    要:在大洋海底,存在丰富的矿产资源,其中锰结核分布于4000~6000m的海底,钴结壳分布于1500~4000m的海山之上,这两种矿产资源极具开采价值。从上世纪初,人类就研究其开采方法,而由海底采矿车、采矿船和水力输送系统组成的采矿系统被认为具有商业开采价值,该采矿系统又可分为硬管采矿系统和软管采矿系统。

Abstract:The paper makes analysis to finite element Kinetic modal analysis to pipe transporting system, determines frequency feature of 1000 m trial transporting system in cobalt encrustation and 5000m deep seabed mining and transporting system. It is concludes that while frequency of ocean wave is equal to resonance frequency of transporting system, harmonic response force of two transporting pipe ends are great, which lead to harm to system.
