| 摘 要： | 针对当前制造企业内数控设备各种通信接口的同时存在,提出了分布式数控（DNC）数据采集系统通信结构,使分散的数控设备联入企业以太网.在分析各种通信接口的基础上,提出了不同的数据采集方法,重点研究了两种软件实现数据采集的方法,论述并举例了利用数控系统用户宏程序实现数据采集的方法.

| Abstract: | Aiming to different communication interface of numerical control equipment synchronously exist in manufactories at current, the communication structure of data acquisition system for DNC system has been presented to connect the isolated numerical control equipment to enterprise Ethernet. The different data acquisition methods have been presented based on analyzing various communication interfaces, the two software solutions of data acquisition have been mainly studied, the data acquisition method of using CNC macro program has been discussed and illustrated. |
