井壁变形全自动监测系统的工程应用

摘    要:利用现代计算机控制和通信技术,将放在传感器埋设井筒附近的控制测量单元和系统控制计算机联接起来,可实现井壁变形全自动监测。该系统能进行即时和定时测量,测量精度高、稳定性好,且可根据需要并入局域网,实现远程监控和数据共享。就其在某煤矿地面注浆加固井筒工程中的应用做了简单的叙述,并指出该系统是注浆加固井筒工程保证井壁安全的一项重要措施。

Abstract:With the modern computer control and communication technologies, the control and measuring units of the sensors buried in near mine shaft wall can be connected with the system controlled computer to have fully automatic monitoring and measuring of the mine shaft wall deformation. The system can have a in time and timing measurement. The measuring accuracy of the system is high and the stability of the system is good. If it is required to be connected with the network, the monitoring control and data can be jointly shared. The paper has a brief introduction on an application of mine shaft reinforced project with surface pre-grouting at a coal mine. The paper pointed that the system could be an important measure to ensure the safety of mine shaft wall for the mine shaft reinforced project with pre-grouting.
