建筑业从业人员众多，专业技术人才结构不平衡，既接受过高等教育，又能从事技术与管理工作的实用型建设人才短缺。高职院校是培养中国建设人才的重要基地，了解建设类高职的办学情况，有助于了解中国建设教育的发展状态。文章运用文献资料分析法从办学结构与办学历史、学校办学基础设施与条件、人才培养工作基础情况三大方面分析建设类高职的办学状况，探讨院校发展的优势及瓶颈。
