Increasing R & D-Productivity by Process Management

Many R&D-projects can not yet meet target costs, target time or target quality. The cause for these problems usually lies in the inadequate management of R&D-processes. Process management means satisfaction of customer requirements, target-oriented control, continuous improvement and if necessary, thorough renovation of R&D-processes. The paper describes how R&D-processes should be designed and managed to meet the project targets and to attain higher R&D-productivity.
