卡卢金热风炉气体燃烧与流动数值模拟

摘    要:运用CFD软件对卡卢金热风炉的气体燃烧与流动进行了数值模拟,得到燃烧室出口烟气速度、温度、压力及残余CO浓度的分布。并对燃烧室出口烟气温度、压力及残余CO浓度进行了现场测试。结果表明,卡卢金热风炉燃烧室出口截面上烟气速度、温度和压力分布均匀,燃烧室上部温度低,高炉煤气燃烧完全。

Abstract:The numerical simulations of gas combustion and flow in Kalugin hot blast stove are studied with CFD software,and the distributions of gas velocity, temperature,pressure and concentration of CO at the exit of the combustion chamber have been obtained.The thermal test is also conducted,including test of temperature,pressure,concentration of CO at the exit of the combustion chamber.The result shows that gas velocity,temperature and pressure at the exit of the combustion chamber,regular distributions have low gas temperature at the top of the combustion chamber and complete gas combustion have been achieved.
