煤质下降对炉内燃烧稳定性的影响及解决措施

摘    要:分析了燃煤质量下降对电站燃煤锅炉炉内火焰温度水平、燃烧器出口区域火焰温度水平及入炉煤量、风量、燃烧器出口煤粉气流速度的影响,进而对煤粉气流着火过程和炉内燃烧稳定性的影响。对此,提出了采用切圆燃烧锅炉卫燃带背火侧分块布置和PCSB煤粉燃烧器等措施,这些措施对于燃用低挥发分难燃煤种锅炉效果极为显著。

Abstract:The influence of coal quality decline upon flame temperature level in the furnace of coal-firing utility boiler,upon flame temperature level in outlet region of the burners,as well as upon furnce-incoming coal quantity,air quantity,and pulverized coal and air flow at outlet of the burners,and upon combustion stability in the furnace has been analysed.For these,measures of divided allocation of the ignition belt at the side backing to fire in tangential firing boiler and adopting PCSB burners of pulverized coal etc.have been taken.The said measures have very remarkable effectiveness for boilers burning nonflammable coal sort with low volatile content.
