| 摘 要： | 针对电力企业绩效评价过程定性指标难以定量化处理和指标之间相互关联与依存的问题,构建了发电企业运营绩效综合评价指标体系,分析了评价指标之间相互影响和制约关系,建立了基于网络分析法(analytic network process,ANP)的发电企业运营绩效综合评价模型,推导了模型求解的具体过程。以某发电企业的4家电厂为例,应用基于ANP的绩效评价模型对电厂运营绩效的效用值排序,为发电企业优化运营绩效提供决策支持。实例研究和对比分析验证了基于ANP的发电企业运营绩效综合评价的可行性和有效性。
