低噪音抗冲击耐磨溜槽的研制

摘    要:针对选煤厂溜槽使用寿命低、噪音高的问题,研制出了钢板、橡胶板与新型材料衬板相组合的复合结构溜槽。运行结果表明,新型衬板材料具有较高的耐磨性能与冲击韧性,提高了使用寿命,收到了良好的降噪音效果。

Abstract:The combined structure slide made of sheet, rubber and new type material back block was developed in accordance with the low life and high noise slide used in coal mine. The running results showed that the new type material had high wear resistance and impact toughness, and the service life of new slide was improved, and the noise was decreased.
