摘    要:介绍了一种新的制备颗粒增强铝基复合材料的方法,对处于熔点以上的铝液及SiCp颗粒施加一定时间的电脉冲,观察其凝固组织,发现增强颗粒分布均匀,基体合金晶粒细小,致密度正常,强度,耐磨性较高,该 方法是一种简单易行的制备颗粒增强铝基复合材料的新方法。

Abstract:A new way that made grain reinforced aluminium matrix composite is introduced.It shows the reinforced phases granulometric is on even distribution,the matrix alloy grain is petty,the density is normal,the strength and the wear resistance is higher by to observe the forming structures.It is a new method of to made grain reinforcing aluminium matrices material composite as simple and easy.
