| 摘 要： | 历史地段的保护与开发是当前城市发展过程中的一个重要矛盾,通过对博洛尼亚历史中心区和上海新天地地区两个实际案例的分析,对重视人文因素的整体保护和偏重商业利益的开发机制两种模式进行对比,借此反思当前人们对待历史地段时过度重视如何从中获取直接效益这一态度.

| Abstract: | The conflict of protection and development of historic district proves to be one of the crucial problems in current development progress of a city.By analyzing the cases of Bologna historic centre and Shanghai Xintiandi district,and contrasting the modes of integrated conservation which attach more importance to humanism factor with the mechanism of development which attach more importance to commercial benefit,the paper takes a reconsideration of the mode which deserves an excessive attention,and the methods of getting direct benefits during the development of historic district are discussed. |
