摘    要:利用有限元法对轴承保持架在不同成形温度和总成形时间下的超塑成形进行了数值模拟。利用C++语言实现了从DEFORM-3D数据文件中提取计算损伤体积的方法。分析了成形温度和成形时间对损伤程度的影响并预测出裂纹萌生的部位。为保持架成形的工艺参数设置和质量控制提供依据。

Abstract:The super-plastic forming process of bearing cage in variety forming temperature and total forming time was simulated with finite element method. Using C++ language, a method of extracting and calculating damage volume from DEFORM-3D database file was implemented. The influence of different forming temperature and forming time on the degree of damage was analyzed, the position where cracks begun to take place was predicted, and these offer help to process parameters establish and quality control.
