北京天亚花园框支剪力墙结构体系设计研究

摘    要:北京天亚花园工程为高级商住公寓楼,地上30层,建筑总高度95.65m,采用钢筋混凝土框支剪力墙结构体系,为超限高层建筑。工程设计从概念设计入手,采用多种程序进行结构弹性有限元分析、结构弹塑性时程分析及静力推覆分析。针对薄弱层、薄弱部位采取设置型钢等加强措施,以满足抗震设防要求。探讨了此类超限高层建筑的设计方法和构造措施。

Abstract:Beijing Tianya Garden is a high-rise apartments building,with 30storey and 95.65 meters high on the ground.The reinforced concrete shear wall supported by frame structure is used.It is out-of-codes of Chinise for highrise building in the earthquake fortification zone of 8 degree.The structure design and construction measures are introduced for this building.The finite element analysis and the elastic-plastic analysis are used.The design method and construction measures are discussed,which can be referred to similar buildings.
