| 摘 要： | 本文采用一种简化的能耗分析方法——BIN法对南京地区一办公楼的年空调能耗进行了模拟计算。文章分析了负荷的几个主要影响因素及对建筑物年能耗的影响程度，绘制了各因子的影响曲线并提出了相应的节能措施。
