| 摘 要： | 用板状试样研究了形成光滑铸件表面的一般规律,提出了合理的涂料层结构及浇注、冷却条件,通过几种典型铸件试制,表明铸件表面粗糙度容易达到0.8～1.6μm,得到了满意的结果。
