大型CFB锅炉风机入口挡板控制优化

摘    要:宁夏国华宁东发电有限责任公司在330 MW循环流化床机组上实施了一二次风机入口挡板控制优化试验,用液力偶合器调速取代了入口挡板开度调节风机出力。试验结果表明离心风机入口挡板开度主要通过改变风机入口管道阻力影响风机压头;液力偶合器的节能效果受入口风量影响最大,风量越大节能效果越明显;在风机的变速调节中,不同调节方式下的节能效果变化趋势相似;液力偶合器的传动比越接近0.67,传动损失越大。

Optimization on Inlet Baffle Plate Operation of Air Fans of Large CFB Boiler

Abstract:An optimization test of the inlet baffle plate operation of primary air fans and secondary air fans was conducted on a circulating fluidized bed( CFB) unit of Ningxia Guohua Ningdong Power Generation Co. Ltd. with the help of hydraulic couplers. The test result showed that the inlet baffle plate opening depended on pressure head changes of air fan due to inlet pipeline resistance. Larger air flow rate brought greater energy conservation of air fans. Similar energy saving trends under different adjustment modes were undertaken in variable speed control. When its transmission ratio closed to 0. 67. the energy consumption of hydraulic couplers was the biggest.
