Based on Oracle Spatial,Servlet,MapXtreme Java,the article puts forward a kind of basic surveying and mapping information management and issue system pattern with an introduction of making use of Oracle Spatial to achieve vector data,grid data and attribution data integrate management and storage.The system of Wuzhou's basic surveying and mapping information management and distribution is developed.This system successfully realizes the functions of all scales of topographic map information management,control point information management,collecting fees,statistical analysis,data management,system administration,information issuance and information of basic surveying and mapping layout management.
