摘    要:针对新型干法窑生产中分解、烧成温度不稳定的问题进行了分析,提出建立智能燃烧器控制专家系统来解决此问题的思路,并对构成专家系统的主要部分的知识库和推理机进行了详细的分析和论述。在分解炉喂煤和窑头喂煤上,重点对温度、风压、窑电流值等重要参数进行实时监测,实现对智能专家系统的设计。

Abstract:This paper analysis the common technical malfunctions problems for the new dry rotary kiln,such as how to stable decomposition of limestone and burning temperature which brought about over burning clinker and under burnt clinker, established one intellectualized control system of the new type try-process burner was put forward.In the terms of feeding rate for the kiln and decomposing furnace,the temperature,wind pressure and kiln current which were monitored by computer were need to be focused on,to finish the design of the intellectualized control system.
