无糖月饼的研制

摘    要:在继承传统月饼所有优点的基础上,以豆子、面粉、木糖醇为原料,对无糖月饼的配料及其生产工艺进行了探讨,研制出了具有低甜度的无糖月饼,可望为肥胖症患者、怕肥胖的人们,特别是糖尿病患者带采福音。

Abstract:Based on succeeding all the advantages of traditional moon-cake,the ingredients and process is studied by using bean,flour and xylitol as the raw materials to produce a special kind of moon-cake with no sugar and lower sweetness.The produced moon-cake is a very healthful for the overweight people especially for the people with diabetics to eat.
