精梳棉/粘胶/毛三组分MVS涡流纱的性能研究

摘    要:文章主要从纱线的断裂强度、断裂伸长率、条干不匀、毛羽、耐磨等性能指标进行了分析研究,并与其他纱线尤其是环锭纱进行对比,得出除了纱线强力稍低于环锭纺以外,其它性能皆优于环锭纱的结论,显示出了涡流纱的优越性。

Abstract:The indexes of breaking strength,breaking elongations,irregularity,hairiness,abrasion performance of vortex yarn were analysed and compared with other yarns,especially ring spun yarn. The results show that the MVS yarn is surperior to ring spun yarn except for breaking tenacity.
