介孔分子筛Al-MCM-41的吸附脱氮性能研究

摘    要:以硅酸钠为硅源,硫酸铝为铝源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,采用水热合成法制备出不同硅铝比(摩尔比)的介孔分子筛Al-MCM-41。利用XRD,BET等手段对合成分子筛进行了表征,并在间歇式吸附装置上对喹啉(吲哚)-液体石蜡模型化合物进行吸附脱氮实验。结果表明,所制备介孔分子筛Al-MCM-41具有较大的比表面积,适宜的孔径和较大的孔容;铝原子的加入可增加分子筛的酸性位,改善吸附性能;其对碱性氮化物喹啉的吸附性能优于对非碱性氮化物吲哚的吸附性能,且在最佳吸附温度120℃下,硅铝比为60的分子筛对喹啉的吸附效果最佳,而硅铝比为40的分子筛对吲哚的吸附效果最佳。

Abstract:A series of mesoporous molecular sieves Al-MCM-41 with different silicon to aluminium mole ratios (Si/Al) were prepared by hydrothermal method using Na2SiO3 · 9H2O as silicon source,Al2(SO4)3 18H2O as aluminium source and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as template.The properties of Al-MCM-41 were characterized by XRD and BET,and the nitrogen adsorption removal experiment was carried out in a batch adsorption equipment with two liquid paraffin-model nitrogen compounds including basic quinoline and non-basic indole.The results showed that the prepared mesoporous Al-MCM-41 had a larger surface area,suitable pore size and larger pore volume.Adding aluminum atoms could increase zeolite acidic sites,and improve adsorption performance.It exhibited a better adsorption with basic nitrogen quinoline than with non-basic nitrogen indole,and at optimum adsorption temperature 120 ℃,Al-MCM-41 with Si/Al of 60 had the best adsorption effect quinoline,and Al-MCM-41 with Si/Al of 40 on indole.
