摘    要:本试验采用一台1.4 MW的热水锅炉为主要试验设备,利用七孔探针测试并编程计算出在三种不同的"V"形炉底尺寸下的空气动力场,得出炉底尺寸为0.8~0.9 m时,炉内烟气扰动更好,形成的烟气旋涡有利于飞灰的沉降,更有利于进一步降低锅炉的初始排尘浓度,达到节能与环保的目的.

Abstract:A 1.4 MW hot-water boiler was adopted for experimental studies.With seven-hole probe and programme,the air dynamical field of three different dimension "V" bottoms was investigated.While the bottom dimension is 0.8 m to 0.9 m,there exists favorable disturbance in boiler hearth,vortex that is formed by smoke could be propitious to make more ash to fall on boiler raft,the initial dust-emission density would be reduced,and the aim of saving energy and protecting environment would be achieved.
