丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺高吸水树脂溶液共聚与吸液性能研究

摘    要:以丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,过硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用水溶液聚合对丙烯酸-丙烯酸胺(PAAAM)高吸水树脂的合成条件进行了优化。结果表明,在室温下最大吸蒸馏水倍率为2710g/g,在w(NaCl)=0.9%的水溶液中吸水倍率为133g/g。考察了单体质量分数、交联剂质量分数以及引发剂质量分数对PAAAM在蒸馏水及w(NaCl)=0.9%溶液中吸液性能的影响,并对实验结果进行了回归分析。

Abstract:Some superabsorbents(PAAAM)were prepared from copolymer of part-neutralized acrylic acid(AA)and acrylamide(AM) with potassium peroxydisulfate as initiator,N,N'-methylene-bis-acrylamide as crosslinking agent,by means of water solution polymerization.The polymerization conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment method and single factor experiment method,and the absorbencies of PAAAM in distilled water and 0.9% NaCl solutions were regression-analyzed.The maximum absorbency of the superabsorbent in distilled water and 0.9% NaCl solution was 2 710 g/g and 133 g/g,respectively,when monomer concentration was 25%,mass ratio of acrylic acid and acrylamide was 6 ∶ 1,neutration of acrylic acid 60%,crosslinker concentration 0.01%,initiator concentration 0.1%,and reaction time 2 h,2 h and 3 h at 60℃,70℃ and 80℃,respectively.
