| 摘 要： | 就现代梳棉机盖板和锡林间独特的波浪形7点隔距工艺分别与准级、标准级配棉纺制的生条或细纱质量进行了探讨，认为波浪形7点隔距工艺对准级、标准级别和涤纶配棉纺纱能少许地减少短绒，降低棉结，提高生条和细纱质量。对传统梳棉机波浪形隔距工艺亦进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In this paper is discussed the processing parameter of the special waveform seven point gauge between wire flat and cylinder on modern carding machine. This waveform gauge can slightly reduce nep and short fibers of carded sliver and improve the quality of carded sliver and yarn, no matter what the distributing of sub-grade cotton, or standard grade cotton or polyester may be. The processing parameter of the waveform five point gauge between wire flat and cylinder on traditional carding machine is also discussed. |
