网架结构在冶金建筑中应用的进展

摘    要:本文根据冶金工业部门设计建设的一些大、中型工业厂房采用空间网架结构的实践,论述了支承结构为排框架体系、具有繁重工作制的重型桥式吊车作用于排架柱、带有采光通风天窗和连接有抗风墙架结构等对网架设计的特殊要求,考虑多种工况组合时网架一排架的实用设计方法,以及竖向网架作为大开间墙体承重结构的应用,回顾了近五年间网架结构应用于冶金工厂中的进展.

Abstract:ABSTRACT On the basis of the experience of space frame adopted for some large and medium industrialplants, which have been designed and built in metallurgical industry field, this paper presents the specialrequirements of design for space frame. Its supporting structure is a bent frame system and the crane loads actsupon the columns under the action of heavy overhead crane with strenuous operating system.The space frame may be added to skylight for skyshine and ventilation and connected the windresisting structuresof wall frame.A simplified practical analytic method of space truss-bent frame under multi -mode loading conditions has beenproposed in this paper.The paper describes that the vertical space frame can be used as the long - span bearing wall frame. This paperhas also reviewed the development of space frame applied to metallurgical plants in recently five years.
