| 摘 要： | 全员生产维护是以提高设备综合效率为目标的管理技术，通过运用这些技术与设备综合工程学和后勤学的比较，表明它是用于现场管理的工具。本文介绍了设备综合效率的计算方法，分析了全员生产维护中的“５Ｓ”工装管理，快带换模和减少设备速度损失等主要活动现场管理中的作用。

| Abstract: | TPM-Total Productive Maintenance is a kind of management technology orienting to the increase of total equipment efficiency. TPM is demonstrated as a tool for site management compared to combined equipment engineering and logistics. Method to calculate comprehensive efficiency of equipment is introduced in the article. Functions of main activities, such as 5S, equipment management, quick model change and reducing speed loss of equipment in site management, is analyzed. |
