摘    要:应用激光相变硬化的原理 ,对9mm圆片药物冲模的凹模表面进行激光淬火 ,提高凹模的表面硬度 ,细化金相组织 ,增强凹模型腔抗冲击能力 ,从而达到延长模具寿命的目的。试验结果表明 ,激光淬火可使凹模型腔表面硬度提高4~5HRC ,凹模寿命提高20 %以上。

Abstract:With application of the principle of hardening the material through phase transformation by laser, the matrix surface of the stamping die for 9mm tablet was quenched by laser in order to increase the hardness of the matrix surface, to make the metallographical structure finer and to improve shock resistance of the matrix cavity, so as to extend the service life of the die. The experiment result shows that quenching by laser can increase the hardness of the matrix surface by 4-5HRC and extend the matrix life by over 20%.
