| 摘 要： | 指出建设工程招标中实行低价中标是社会主义市场经济发展的必然要求,针对目前低价中标的全面推行存在一些客观和主观方面的困难,就低价中标的紧迫性、必然性及如何应对等方面进行了论述,以推动低价中标的实施。

| Abstract: | Bidding with low price in bid invitation of building engineering is inevitable requirements of development of socialism market economy.According to the difficulties encountered in carrying out bidding with low price in subjective and objective aspects the urgency and necessity to carry out bidding with low price are discussed in order to promote the implementation of bidding with low price. |
