九圩港大桥连续钢箱梁桥面铺装结构设计

摘    要:根据连续钢箱梁桥自身的结构特点,已有的4种铺装材料、2类铺装结构不完全适用于连续钢箱梁桥面铺装。研究针对南通市九圩港大桥提出新型铺装结构,即环氧沥青碎石黏结层+高黏度改性沥青HRA-13+改性乳化沥青黏结层+高黏度改性沥青SMA-13。通过力学分析及试验提出HRA-13和SMA-13的适宜厚度均为30 mm。最后给出各铺装材料、级配的技术要求。九圩港大桥连续钢桥面铺装获得了成功。

Abstract:Due to the structure characteristics of the continuous steel box girder bridge,the existing four paving materials and two types of pavement structures are not fully applicable to its deck pavement.A novel pavement structure of Jiuweigang Bridge in Nantong is researched,that is epoxy asphalt macadam bonding layer + high viscosity modified asphalt HRA-13 + modified emulsified asphalt adhesive layer + high viscosity modified asphalt SMA-13.According to mechanical analysis and tests,the suitable thickness of HRA 13 and SMA-13 are both 30 mm.At last,the technical requirements of pavement materials and gradations are given.And the deck pavement construction of Jiuweigang Bridge with continuous steel box girder is successful.
