泡沫沥青稳定碎石混合料干缩特性的试验研究

摘    要:通过干缩变形试验,分析泡沫沥青稳定碎石混合料的失水率、干缩应变等指标的变化规律,探讨泡沫沥青稳定碎石混合料干缩变形特性的主要影响因素,并与其他材料的干缩特性进行对比。试验结果表明,拌和用水与水泥含量是影响该类混合料干缩变形的主要因素,沥青的存在可以减小混合料的干缩变形,泡沫沥青稳定碎石混合料干缩程度与泡沫沥青再生混合料的相当,但要小于水泥稳定碎石混合料。

Abstract:The variations of water loss ratio and dry shrinkage strain of foamed asphalt stabilized macadam mixture are analyzed through dry shrinkage test,and main factors influencing dry shrinkage property are studied.Meanwhile,the dry shrinkage properties of foamed asphalt stabilized macadam mixture and other mixtures are compared.The results can show that 1) the amounts of water usage and cement content are the main factors influencing dry shrinkage;2) the existence of asphalt can decrease dry shrinkage of the mixture;3) dry shrinkage of foamed asphalt stabilized macadam mixture is similar to that of renewable foamed asphalt mixture,but is less than that of cement stabilized macadam mixture.
