| 摘 要： | 介绍了为封堵工作井异常涌水涌砂缝隙,以某隧道新工作井液氮二次冻结封堵水工程为背景,基于液氮气化时剧烈吸热的原理,提出采用液氮土层冻结技术快速冻结封堵涌水的解决思路。初期盐水冻结壁有缺陷情况下运用原有冻结管和新增冻结管液氮封水冻结,以及冻结帷幕的形成和冻结孔布置参数的设计、施工流程与冻结效果。

| Abstract: | With the background of some new work shaft liquid nitrogen second freezing water sealing project,the liquid nitrogen ground freezing technology is proposed to solve the problem,sealing the abnormal gaps of leaking water and sand,based on the violent endothermic principle during the liquid nitrogen vaporization.The formation of the frozen soil wall,design of frozen hole layout parameters,construction process and freezing effect are analyzed under the conditions of the defective in early stage brine frozen soil wall using the original and new freezing pipes. |
