无落地支架施工技术在高墩盖梁上的应用

摘    要:上海市嘉闵高架路工程的高墩盖梁施工中采用销棒型无落地支架施工技术。介绍了高墩盖梁依靠立柱自身承重的模板支撑系统,包括型钢托架的设计选型,以及桁架、销棒、牛腿和三角托架的设计和加工。最后,从安装、托架预压堆载及拆除等3方面详细介绍了型钢托架的主要施工技术。通过实践,该项工艺技术可将荷载通过销棒传至墩柱,由墩柱自身承受,可减少支架占用交通的现象。

Abstract:With the background of Shanghai Jiamin Viaduct project,its high pier capping beam is adopting pin-type non-floor stand construction technology.The formwork support system of capping beam can work by means of stand column bearing itself and several key points are introduced including design selection of steel pedestal,designs and fabrications of truss,pin,bracket and triangle pedestal.Finally,the main construction technologies of steel pedestal are put forward in detail from three aspects of installation,pedestal surcharge preloading and demolish.Through practice,the technology can transfer load from pin to pier column and the load is carried by pier column,which can reduce stands influencing normal traffic.
