天津西站综合交通枢纽区域交通设计理念

摘    要:天津西站是集中了诸多交通方式的特大型综合性枢纽,同时还是市级商务、商业城市副中心,是京沪高铁沿线5大始发站之一。针对天津西站复杂的交通特性,在交通设计中提出了"以人为本、公交优先、远近结合、均衡集散、立体换乘"5个交通设计新理念,在人性化、合理化、经济化之间寻找到最佳平衡点,从而达到枢纽内外交通始终处于有序高效运行状态的目标。

Abstract:Being a super-large scale comprehensive traffic hub containing multiple traffic modes,Tianjin West Railway Station is a sub-center of municipal commercial city and one of five starting stations along Jing-hu High-speed Railway.Aiming at comprehensive traffic characteristics of Tianjin West Railway Station,the five new ideas of traffic design,people oriented,public traffic priority,and combination of far & near,balanced distribution and tridimensional transfer,are proposed to find the best balancing point of humanization,rationalization and economization and to arrive at the aim of orderly and efficient running state of traffic in & outside the hub.
