摘    要:采用半自磨工艺处理李子金矿矿石,当自磨机装球率6%、磨矿浓度76%时,自磨机生产能力达450 t/d,产品粒度-200目55%,磨矿电耗、球介质消耗达最佳值,比采用常规碎、磨工艺成本节省12.82元/t。

Abstract:With semi - autogenous grinding craft, the production capacity is 450t/d when the media filling ratio is 6% and the grinding concentration is 76% in Lizi gold mine. Meanwhile, the fineness of production is -200 mesh 〈 55% and the grinding power and steel ball consumption is the optimal value. The craft will save 12.82 yuan/t than ordinary ore breaking and grinding process.
