多点喷雾无喷嘴空调室的设计及应用

摘    要:为了有效清除煤灰纱,进一步降低能耗,设计了多点喷雾无喷嘴空调室.该空调室在原有空调室的基础上改进而成,取消了原空调室的轴流风机(或喷雾风机)、喷淋管及水泵,代之以6台双速喷雾风机.对比了加湿、去湿过程中的水气比,认为多点喷雾无喷嘴空调室不但使空调室的热湿交换效率高、节能、节水,而且能有效捕捉造成煤灰纱的油烟、灰尘、煤灰等微细颗粒.

Abstract:To eliminate coal-dust stained yarn effectively and reduce consumption,multi-point spraying air condition room without jet nozzle was designed,the air condition room is innovated from the former air condition room, six double speed spray fans were instead of the former spraying fan(axial fan),spray pipe and water pump.The water steam ratio in desiccant course and wetting course was compared,the result shows that multi-point spraying air condition room without jet nozzle has higher heat & wet exchange rate,can save energy and water,and can adhesive oil smoke,dust and coal dust and so on.
