摘    要:采用复合电镀方法,首次在泡沫铝表面成功制备出掺杂的纳米TiO2涂层。运用紫外一可见光(UV-VIS)分光光度计、X射线衍射(XRD)仪及SEM等对样品进行了分析与表征。XRD分析结果表明,纳米TiO2涂层由锐钛矿及金红石相组成,其平均晶粒的大小为25~38nm。光催化和电催化降解次甲基蓝溶液实验表明,泡沫铝负载纳米TiO2涂层降解次甲基蓝溶液的电催化活性明显好于光催化活性。当电催化降解6h后,次甲基蓝溶液的降解率达到36.4%,而在相同条件下光催化降解率仅为17.8%。

Comparison of Photocatalytic and Electrocatalytic Properties of Nano-TiO2 Coatings

Abstract:Nano-TiO2 coating on foam aluminum was prepared by the method of composite electroplating.The samples were characterized by UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer, SEM and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The catalytic activity was evaluated by using the degradation of methylene blue solution. XRD results show that nano-TiO2 coating is composed of anatase and rutile, and the results of catalytic activity show that the TiO2 coating on the carrier foam aluminum has better electroeatalysis than photocatalysis. The degradation rate of methylene blue reached 36. 4% after 6-hour degradation with electroeatalysis.
