电解质六氟磷酸锂的制备与检测

摘    要:以无水氟化氢作为溶剂,将氟化锂溶于其中,通入五氟化磷气体反应制得六氟磷酸锂的HF溶液,溶液经浓缩结晶、过滤、干燥,得到六氟磷酸锂样品。样品经拉曼光谱、X射线衍射定性检测与标准谱图一致。使用有机溶剂电位滴定测定法测定游离酸含量,使用卡尔费休法测定水分含量,通过原子吸收法测定杂质含量与锂含量,各项定量检测结果表明制备的样品达到锂离子电池用电解质的质量要求。

Abstract:With anhydrous hydrogen fluoride as the solvent,lithium fluoride was dissolved therein to prepare a solution.Then, phosphorus pentafluoride gas was passed into the solution to synthesize lithium hexafluorophosphate.Next,the solution was concentrated and crystallized,and filtered,and dried to obtain the lithium hexafluorophosphate sample.The sample was detected by Raman spectroscopy and XRD qualitative detection,and maps were consistent with the standard ones.Free acid content was tested by using organic solvent potentiometric titration.Moisture content was checked by using Karl Fischer method. Impurity content and lithium content were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry.All of the quantitative analysis showed that the sample prepared met electrolyte quality requirements for lithium-ion battery.
