| 摘 要： | 针对房屋建筑工程中容易出现的几种质量通病，分析了出现问题的原因，并提出针对性的预防措施，重点阐述了卫生间和厨房防渗漏施工的控制要点，以期指导施工，尽量避免类似质量通病。

| Abstract: | According to several common quality defects frequently encountered in building construction engineering the reasons caused those quality problems are analyzed,at the same time corresponding preventive measures are proposed,key points for construction control to prevent leakage of toilet and kitchen are mainly elaborated in order to instruct construction and avoid those common quality defects. |
