基于nRF9E5的高压接点无线测温系统研制

摘    要:分析了单片射频收发器nRF9E5的功能特性,并将其应用于无线测温系统中,设计了基于nRF9E5的高压接点无线测温系统。整个系统由多个子站(无线测温装置)、基站(无线接收管理装置)和监视计算机组成。子站工作在各个测温地点,进行温度数据采集和无线发送。基站接收子站发送的温度数据,并通过RS-485总线或RS-232串口将温度数据和运行信息转发给监视计算机。监视计算机接收基站上送的温度数据、运行信息,将接收到的温度数值进行整理分析,做出正确处理并存储于数据库。

Abstract:The features of nRF9E5 single-chip radio-frequency transceiver are analyzed,which is used in the design of wireless temperature measuring system for high-voltage contactor.The system is composed of substations(wireless temperature measuring devices),base station(wireless receiver management device)and monitoring computer.The substations are located at different temperature measuring points,acquiring and transmitting temperature data.Base station receives the temperature data and transmits the temperature data and operating information via RS-485 or RS-232 to the monitoring computer,which analyzes and stores them in database.
