| 摘 要： | 针对宝钢集团不锈钢分公司750高炉煤气洗涤水处理系统30 m辐流浓缩池原周边传动浓缩机在使用过程中存在的问题,根据高炉煤气洗涤水沉淀的污泥中含氧化铁皮和焦炭粉等,其污泥粘度大、相对密度大,刮泥扭矩大的特点,采用四柱式中心传动浓缩机替换原周边传动浓缩机。介绍了改造后的浓缩机主要技术参数、工作原理及结构特点。通过实践应用证明:其传动及提耙等装置的优越性保证了设备的稳定运行,污泥浓缩效果好。
