单辊旋铸快速凝固Cu98Cr2合金的显微组织研究

摘    要:采用扫描电镜分析了快速凝固Cu98Cr2合金的显微组织。结果表明,采用真空非自耗电弧熔炼的Cu98Cr2合金的显微组织主要以球状富Cr相分布在铜基体中,而采用单辊旋铸的Cu98Cr2合金的显微组织则呈现出规则层片状的共晶形貌。

Abstract:The microstructure of the rapidly solidified Cu98Cr2 alloy is studied by SEM (scanning electron microscope) in this paper. The results shows that the microstructure of arc melted Cu98Cr2 consisting of Cr-rich spheroids in the Cu matrix, however, the microstructure of melt spun Cu98Cr2 alloys appears regular lamella eutectic microstructure.
